Statement of Customer Responsibility
-Assume responsibility of full payment for 'credit' or 'layaway' items and fees
generated from that privilege.
-Must keep a current mailing address for billing purposes on file online at
rcsracinglive.com or at our local shop. Failure to receive a bill because of an
incorrect address does not relieve responsibility of timely payments.
-Any promotional specials or discounted items must be paid for in full no more
than 30 days from the date of delivery. Regular retail pricing will be applied to all
past due / late invoices.
Failure to make satisfactory financial arrangements can result in denial of registration
and credit privileges, limited access to sale prices and discounted items, and/or referral
to a collection agency.
Customers whose accounts are referred to a collection agency will be liable for all
collection costs, including attorney fees and other charges necessary for collection of
this debt. Accounts referred to collections are reported to the credit bureau(s).
All customers of RCS Racing acknowledges receipt of this information and their
acceptance of the associated responsibilities.
1. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, cashiers checks, wire transfers, and postal money orders. Personal checks are accepted in the state of Colorado, No out of State checks please. We do not ship C.O.D. ( Cash On Delivery)
2. All orders will be sent SIGNATURE REQUIRED. This is for your protection and ours, long-time customers may waive this requirment
3. Listed prices are subject to change without notice and do not include freight or applicable taxes.
4. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Parts must be returned in new and un-used condition, in the original carton, complete with all packing materials, documents, blank warranty form, etc.Ther will be absulutely No Refunds on used goods.
5. All returns will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. This also includes orders that are cancelled, shipping charges will not be refunded.
6. RCS Racing will not be responsible for use of radio controlled vehicles in areas that do not allow operation of such vehicles and that do not conform to Governmental standards in the customers area of residence. The 1/5 Scale R/C vehicles that RCS Racing sells are not toys, they can reach high speeds and could potentially cause personal injury or property damage if misused or ill-operated.
Safety and precaustion must be administered when operating any of the vehicles or parts RCS Racing sells, misuse can result in serious injury or death.
